About Me
Born in Camden NJ during the last century. I wear many hats from Pro Chef, Long Haul Trucker, Farmer, Doctor, Priest, and owner of several food-related companies. Including the author of over 90 books, published thousands of articles, and produced many videos on cooking, and nutrition, doing this as a one-man crusade against hunger and obesity.
My many enterprises and positions include Foodist Networks Inc., American Cooking Networks, Chef Murph Foods, Inc., Murphy Boys Coffee Co. Inc. Executive Chef of Humans for People Foundation 501c3, Farmer, Murphy Boy Farms Inc., and film producer and editor for Cooking in Cold Grease Productions.
I an Ordained Minister with a Doctorate in Divinity, and a PhD in Metaphysics. I have multiple degrees and diplomas in Engineering, Quantum Physics, Logistics, Farming, Nutrition, Physical Fitness, Child Nutrition Standford, Management and Film. I’m a Long-Haul Trucker for NFI Logistics, a U.S. Army Veteran, and most importantly, a Dad
My motto, is “Good food makes for better decisions.” My passion is to feed people so they can have full nutrition and health to make better decisions because “…we all bleed red.” I began as a Soldier serving in the US ARMY and member of the VFW. When I came home became a Delivery driver for UPS, and then wanted to feed people. I became an Aquaponics Farmer and studied and trained at the University of Hawaii, Aquaculture Department, Cornell University Aquaponics, University of Virgin Islands, Aquaponics, Logistics: and Quantum Physics from MIT Massachusetts Institute of Technology, KAIST Korean Advanced Institute Science and Technology, Film at Harvard University after which I became a celebrity chef Foody TV and Discovery began feeding the homeless. Graduated from Escoffier with degrees in Culinary Arts and Pastry including 24 other degrees related to food, Herbology US Davis, Hotel and restaurant management continuing to study at ICE in NYC.
In short have over 203 degrees diplomas and certificates. I continue to go to school as part of his everyday tasks on any subject that tickles his thoughts. My ultimate goal is to empower others to take charge of their nutritional health, so no one goes hungry or is malnourished.
My memberships include Member Board of Trustees/Directors: Humans For People Foundation, Camden Food Pantry, Americans Working with Autism, and Gray Matter Brain Cancer Society.
