PEANUT-BUTTER & GINGERSNAP – CEREAL BARS
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
Melt 6 tbsp butter in a pot. Stir in a 10 oz bag of mini marshmallows until melted, add 1/2 tsp vanilla. Remove from heat, stir in 5 cups crisp rice cereal, 2 cups chopped gingersnaps, and 1 cup peanut butter chips. Transfer to an oiled lined 9″ square baking dish. Let cool.
CUT INTO 8 SQUARES,
