Cheesy Prosciutto Cups


Prosciutto Cups are a great appetizer or snack made with delicious prosciutto, cheddar cheese, Grana Padano, eggs, and cream.

Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 30 minutes
Servings 6 cups
Calories 237 kcal

Ingredients
12 slices Prosciutto
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary finely chopped
2 tablespoons green onions chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1 cup Grana Padano grated
6 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
Sour cream – for garnish

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
Lightly grease a cupcake tin with butter or oil.
In a bowl, mix the eggs and cream together. Stir in the cheeses, reserving a little Grana Padano to sprinkle on top of each cup.
Stir in rosemary and green onions.
Carefully take your prosciutto strips and line each segment of the cupcake tin to form a cup.
Fill each cup up to a maximum of 2/3rd full with the egg mixture.
Sprinkle remaining Grana Padano on top and place into the oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
Leave to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin, enjoy!
Top with sour cream and green onions.
