This cookbook 60 plus recipes are broken down into Africa’s eight major physical regions: the Sahara,

the Sahel, the Ethiopian Highlands, the savanna, the Swahili Coast, the rainforest,

the African Great Lakes, and southern Africa. Not giving any power or strength to

politics or governments. Only the people and their dishes. I traveled through this

continent as a young man Living in Egypt, and Congo, and was involved in wars over land and

people.

Forgive us, GOD, as young men as we do the work of old men who steal our youth in

the goal of power and wealth, That we may be wiser not to do the same and show

respect, For life, is short not to be wasted but to help empower others for success. So

that my success is based on how many people I can help to arrive at the next door of

life.
