LEAN PIE CRUST
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. diet margarine
Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Add margarine. Cut with pastry
blender until mix does not stick to bowl. Shape in ball. Chill for 1
hour. Roll on floured board. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
Makes 1 crust.
