LEMON–PINEAPPLE MOLD RECIPE
1 envelope lemon gelatin
1 envelope lime gelatin
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Mix cheese and buttermilk in blender
until smooth. Pour into gelatin mixture. Add crushed pineapple. Let
set in refrigerator until firm.
