BEEF AND CABBAGE ROLL
1 lb. hamburger, sauteed
1 onion, chopped, sauteed
1/2 head cabbage, sauteed
Add Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper
Roll 2 Pepperidge Farm shells (in freezer section of grocery store) to 4
x 18 inch. Add hamburger mix over roll. Bake at 400 degrees for 20
minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Can serve with
mushroom sauce or gravy over top.
