PULL APART – CHEESY BREAD
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1/2 cup each butter, melted, and grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 pound round loaf of crusty bread
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet. In a bowl, combine butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary, and pepper. Cut a deep 1″ square crosshatch pattern into bread. Place on baking sheet. Spoon butter mixture over bread. Combine cheeses, and press down into crevices. Wrap bread in foil. Bake for 15 min. Unwrap bread, and bake for 10 min. or until toasted and cheese is melted.
