AUNT CHERYL’S COUNTY FAIR ZUCCHINI BREAD

Ingredients:download (41)
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
2 c. grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation:
To make a perfect aunt Cheryl’s county fair zucchini break, beat egg yolks until light and fluffy. Add the oil, sugar, salt, cinnamon, orange peel, zucchini and vanilla. Mix well. Combine the flour, soda, baking powder and walnuts and add to above mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

Makes 2 loaves.

Enjoy, Great recipe if you have those oversized zucchinis from the garden.
