Ingredients of Bacon and Cheddar Mashed Potatoes recipe:
Mashed Potatoes1-1/2 lb. potatoes (about 4 medium potatoes), unpeeled, quartered
1/2 cup mayo
4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup Shredded mild cheddar cheese
1. Cover potatoes with water in large saucepan. Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium.
2. Cook 20 minutes or until tender. Drain. Mash potatoes. Add dressing, bacon, garlic powder, salt and pepper; beat until fluffy. Stir in cheese.
3 Make small balls in hand, bake at 350 for 20 minutes and 5 min in broiler
