COUNTY FAIR CHAMPION COUNTY FAIR CARROT CAKE

Ingredients:
3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger

Preparation:
To make county fair champion county fair carrot cake, mix cream shortening and sugar. Add molasses and egg, beat. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Roll in small balls, dip into sugar. Bake at 375 degrees, for 12-15 minutes on greased sheet.
