Making the Crust Simple

To make a Simple Peach Pie First make the crust.

THE CRUST:

2 Tablespoons Melted Butter

3 Tablespoons Hot Water

1 Cup Bisquick Powder Mix

Poke the bottom and sides with a fork, place parchment paper and fill with two cups of rice. Why Rice??? it holds the shape of the pie dish… before putting it in the oven. Place it in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. should be lightly brown.

JELLO PIE FILLING:

1 1/2 Cups Water

3/4 Cup Sugar

2 Tablespoons Corn Starch

1 Small Package of Peach Jello

2 – 2  1/2 cups of peaches

Mix the water, sugar and corn starch together in a pan. Bring the pot to a boil and let the ingredients boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly while it thickens. place contents in the pie crust and put in the fridge to chill or rush in the freezer  till its tacky.

Hey, send in your pictures and recipes to [email protected]. I want to know! How you did?  What you change and what worked?

Thanks
