Moose Meat Chili
Passed to me by Native American Chef from the Onondaga Nation Syracuse NY. I post today for a friend called me wanting what to do with Moose Meat.

Ingredients:
3 pounds of Meat
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 onions, chopped

2 lbs. ground moose meat
2 cups tomato sauce
4 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp each of cumin, paprika, salt
½ tsp each of pepper, all spice, cinnamon
1 tsp. honey or molasses
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can black beans
In 4 cups of water, boil ground meat for 30 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients except the beans. Simmer 3 hours
uncovered. Add beans and the last hour of cooking.
