4 C. Salad Oil
Creole or Dijon Mustard to taste
Mix
Salad
Cleaned Spinach
Cooked Bacon Bits
Chinese noodles
Egg Whites and yolks chopped
Toss spinach with bacon bits and Chinese noodles and egg yolks. Garnish with egg whites.
