Ingredients Oat Waffles recipe:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup oat flour*
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups fat-free milk
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Combine the eggs,
milk, oil and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until combined.
Pour batter by 1/2 cupfuls into a preheated waffle iron; bake
according to manufacturer’s directions until golden brown.
