Ingredients
10 5 1 lb. ground beef
2 1 1/4 c. chopped onion
10 5 1 Eggs
10 5 1 c. cracker crumbs
6 3 1 1/4 c. tomato juice (46 oz. can)
10 5 1 tsp. salt
4 2 1 tsp. pepper
Preparations
Mix all ingredients together to make FAIR KITCHEN MEATLOAF, bake for about 2 hours at 350 degrees in two 9 x 13-inch pans.
Normal 1 pound meatloaf. Maybe use your loaf pans and make enough and freeze it for later.
