DIABETIC FROSTING
1/4 c. cream cheese
2 tsp. skim milk
Sweetener equivalent to 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Food coloring
To make DIABETIC FROSTING, Cream cheese and milk thoroughly. Add sweetener, salt and vanilla.
Add coloring last, if desired. Makes 1/3 cup frosting.
