Ingredients:
Casserole:
4 cups mashed sweet potatoes or use 4 – 1 lb. cans of sweet potatoes.
3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup half and half cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/4 tea vanilla
Topping:
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cups chopped pecans
To make Holiday Sweet Potato Casserole, Boil and mash sweet potatoes. Add the remaining casserole ingredients and combine. Put into a casserole dish. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the topping ingredients. Place the topping on top of the potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for about 30 minutes or until topping seems crisp.
