How much water should you be drinking to be healthy? Take your current weight and divide by two. Take that number and drink that many ounces of water a day. So if you weigh 130 pounds you should drink 65 ounces of water a day.
Another example if you weigh
300LBS / 2 =150oz of water a day
150 oz = 19 each 8oz. Glasses of Water.
150oz = 4.5 Liters of water a day
