Instructions for Party Salsa
1: In a large Dutch oven or soup kettle, combine the first 12 ingredients; bring to a boil
2: Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
3: Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into salsa Bring to a boil.
4: Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes; cool.

16 medium Ripe tomatoes, chopped
2 large Onions, finely chopped
1 medium Green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup Minced fresh parsley
2 to 4 Jalapeno peppers, seeded and
finely chopped, optional
2 cans (6 oz. each) Tomato paste
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 can (4 oz.) Chopped green chilies
3/4 cup White vinegar
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
3 tablespoons Cornstarch
1/3 cup Cold water
