A delicious baked pasta dish can be made from leftover on Sunday meal. Take The leftover noodles in this case Cannelloni an open round noodle hold meats, veggies, sauce, and Rigotti cheese and holds up really well.
First, Take the chicken a shred it or chop it finely with the veggies. I like to use spinach or broccoli and a couple scoops of Rigotti Cheese make a filling. Stuff the shells place in a casserole dish, with some sauce across the bottom, Then you top everything with pasta sauce, some Motts cheese. Garnish with basil, Bake 350F. Temp out 140F Delicious!
This dish can be done with any meats (Sausage, Ham) or veggies (Kale Spinach Brochilli) topped with mushrooms for a quick meal
