ZIPPY TOMATO RELISH
12 ripe tomatoes, chopped in large pieces
2 big onions, chopped in large pieces
2 bell peppers or 5 sweet banana peppers, chopped in large pieces
2 c. vinegar
Artificial sweetener to equal 2 cups sugar
2 tbsp. salt
To make ZIPPY TOMATO RELISH, Mix all ingredients and simmer about 2 hours.
