PUMPKIN PIE FOR DIABETICS
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar twin
1 can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
Cinnamon
Nutmeg to taste
To make PUMPKIN PIE FOR DIABETICS, Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until done.
