Chicken Divan:
A casserole, made with broccoli, almonds and Mornay sauce, you can make a simpler version using canned soups.
- 2 packages frozen broccoli, chopped
- 4 – 6 cups shredded chicken breast, cooked
- 1 Can Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can Campbells Cream of Chicken
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 Almond milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon 5 powder
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
Layer a baking dish with chopped broccoli and then top with chicken breast pieces. Use some of that left over white wine in the bottom. In A blender or large mixing bowl. Mix the ingreadeance add to the baking dish. Top with bread cums, cover with foil. Bake in a 350 F oven for about 45 minutes or Temp out 140F. Remove foil about 5 minutes under the broiler, top with shredded cheddar cheese.
