Crab-Apple Butter
2 lb crab-apples
3 cup sugar
Wash and core crab-apples. Cover with water. Cover and simmer until
fruit is soft. Rub through a sieve. Add sugar. Boil slowly, stirring
frequently, until thick. Enjoy!
