DIABETIC LO-CAL SOUR CREAM
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
To make DIABETIC LO CAL SOUR CREAM, Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend for 10 seconds until smooth. Makes 1 cup. Use like sour cream for dips, etc.
