DIABETIC RAISIN DROP COOKIES
1 1/4 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oleo
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. Sweetener
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. raisins
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
To make DIABETIC RAISIN DROP COOKIES, Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. Combine hot water, oleo, and raisins, and let cool. Mix other ingredients together and add to the first mixture. Drop by teaspoonsful on greased cookie sheet floured and bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
