Ingredients
1/3cup olive or vegetable oil
1/4cup lemon juice
Note: If using fresh lemon grate the peel Just a little
1 tablespoon chopped fresh
2 teaspoons chopped fresh
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic, Pasted, Minced chopped
Note: if using dried ingrediencies use 1/3
Additionally add any left over White Wine
I enjoy marinating my beef, chicken and fish in this simple simple marinade
