Southern Belle Bisquick Cornbread recipe

1 1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup honey
1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a mixing bowl combine the Bisquick, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Whiskto thoroughly combine.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the egg, butter, honey, milk and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Add the dry ingredients and stir until completely combined.
4. Pour into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes and let cool before cutting
