Welcome, Chef Kenneth Sarog!
Born in Cleveland, and moved to Collingsdale, a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has been a huge Browns fan all his life. His father, Bill, was a cook in the Navy, and it was from him that Kenneth inherited not only the love of cooking, but also his love of Classic Rock music. In 2001, I met the love of my life, Jillian, married we have 2 incredible boys, Weston and Liam. I started out working at Wawa Food Market, until I felt the need to become a chef. I attended classes at the Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing and started at the casinos. I started off as temporary help for a banquet and from there worked my way up through the brigade to Head Chef.
My love to cook high end seafood dishes and my goal is to make it look easy so that you experiment and create your success in the your kitchen.
