4 oz. cooked turkey or chicken, bite size pieces
1 (3 oz.) boiled potato, chopped
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. dehydrated parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Lettuce leaves

To make TURKEY AND POTATO SALAD, Combine all ingredients except lettuce; mix well. Chill. Serve on
lettuce leaves. Makes 1 serving.
