SUGARLESS BARS RECIPE:
3 bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/3 c. Saffola
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. soda
2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. chopped nuts
To make SUGARLESS BARS Combine flour, and spices, mixing well; set aside. Cream bananas,
eggs, saffola, buttermilk, and vanilla, blending well. Add dry
ingredients, then add dates, nuts and oats. Pout into greased 9×13
inch baking pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for about 25 minutes or
until done.
