APPLESAUCE CAKE

1 tbsp. Sweetener
1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp. Soda
1 egg
1 c. raisins
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped (optional)

To make APPLESAUCE CAKE, In mixing bowl, cream oleo, sweetener, and egg. When well mixed,
add applesauce, raisins, soda, and vanilla. Stir in flour. Mix well. Add
nuts. Pour batter in loaf pan greased with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees
40 to 45 minutes.
