Buttermilk Pumpkin pan cakes recipe
Pancakes3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 quart buttermilk
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Place ladlesful onto hot skillet and cook until bubbles begin to form on the surface.
3. Slide spatula underneath and flip pancakes over, cooking other side until nicely browned.
