Ingredients:
2 1/2 – 3 lb. cut up fryer
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. butter
Preparation:
Combine cheese, flour and seasonings. Dip chicken in combination of egg and milk. Coat with cheese mixture. Place in baking dish. Pour melted butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour Temp to 170F
