Day After Thanksgiving Meat-Turkey loaf Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 pounds ground turkey grind up or shred left over
1 1/2 cups chicken-flavor stuffing mix or left over stuffing
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk or add the gravy left overs
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Temp to 169F
Mix together turkey, stuffing, eggs, and milk in a large bowl. Mixture will be lumpy. Spread mixture in 9×5 inch loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour until temperature reads 169 degrees F in center of loaf.
