Global Recipe of the Day Dutch Baked Mackerel

Place the mackerel in a baking dish; coat the bottom with butter and little olive oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and chopped parsley. Cover with fried bread crumbs and bits of butter, and moisten with heavy cream. Like to add Red Potatoes quartered and qarlic to this dishThen bake until brown on top and serve hot with stewed tomatoes.
