STRAWBERRY RHUBARB SALAD RECIPE
2 c. cooked rhubarb (sweetened to taste)
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Mix all ingredients together well.
