6-Jumbo shrimp Peeled and deveined
6-Proscuitto slices
seasoned flour
1 oz. butter
2 oz. orange liquor
juice of 2 oranges
Roll shrimp with Proscuitto, coat with flour. Sauté shrimp in butter about 2 minutes each
side or until done. Remove shrimp from pan and add liquor to pan and ignite, when flame
subsides, add orange juice and simmer until creamy, spoon sauce over shrimp, garnish
and serve.
