Beer Can Chicken Take a whole roasting chicken and cover it with your favorite rub. Open a can of beer and pour out (or drink!) ¼ off the top. Sprinkle in a bit of rub and carefully place the chicken in the cavity of the chicken. Carefully place on a baking sheet and bake in a 375 F oven for about 75 minutes or until juices run clear
