Season a round steak with salt, black pepper, and paprika; dredge with flour and let fry in hot butter oil mixture on both sides until brown. Then add some sliced onions, garlic clove sliced thin mushrooms and tomato sauce.
Cover place in oven 350F and let simmer half an hour or on stove. Till Temp. Allow to rest for 5 mintues slice thin or chuck to what you like
Serve hot on a platter goes nice with cauliflower mashed potatoes or rice. Better roasted pumpkin or served in acorn squash. So many ideas go for it.
Some people add peas or squash melody. Frozen or Fresh… Sometimes frozen is fresher then fresh in the store. More to come…
